Iaith - Quality
Quality
Most of our translators are members of “The Association of Welsh Translators and Interpreters” established in 1976. The association has a clear aim to “ensure professional and quality translation”. We share these aims, to ensure sensible and professional written translation of the highest standards. Our way of working in Mabis Iaith ensures that each translator achieves recognised standards to ensure the quality of the work. The work of the members is also quality checked to ensure these standards are kept.
One of the most important aspects of the translation process is to amend proofs. We ensure there is allocated time to amend and proof read all work. Most translators are qualified to proof read their own work, but we also spot-check all translators from time to time.
